Cookin at home

My folks anniversary, good food. Some good old fashioned SV short ribs and pork belly.  Both 24hrs at 67C, but the ribs went an extra 12 at 54C.

Dusting off

Dinner. Dusting off some old pantry items that have been neglected. The egg is from my backyard flock – absolutely better than any other egg I’ve had.

DinnerRicotta Gnocchi, early spring vegetables and herbs, slow farm egg enrobed in Parmesan, lemon infused chicken bouillon (not pictured).  Thanks to Aki and Alex for the “hot mozz sheet” technique. (it works well with parm too!)
